This account has been based largely on 2 sequences of property deeds. The first, in the Northamptonshire Record Office (ZB142)does not identify the location of the property in West Haddon, but evidence on the ground (including the TP brick), combined with a reference to the ‘adjoining brickyard ‘ in the other deed sequence, confirmed it as the site of what is now Brickyard close.

The second sequence (Baldwin) is in private hands and these deeds were transcribed when 22,Guilsborough Road was in the possession of Nigel Baldwin. They relate to the property to the West of Tom Patch.
